As a catering company it is our job to constantly challenge our own food creativity and we do. Take a look at a few of the epicurean delights Checkers Catering has developed that will create a burst of flavor on your palate, even if you are only reading the description.

  • Charred salmon with chandon glaze and thai salsa served in an asian spoon
  • Toasted parmesan crisp topped with filet mignon, roasted onions and dijon aioli
