On-site full service BBQ's have a minimum requirement of 100 guests and includes buffet table, tablecloths, utensils, napkins, grills & serving equipment. One cheff is included in full-service BBQ for 3 hour maximum. Additional charges thereafter. Additional staff required for groups over 100 and are charged accoerding to time spent at event with a minimum of ($150 / 5 hrs) per required or requested staff person. Prices listed are per person plus sales tax. There is an 18% service fee on all BBQ's to cover planning, rental handling and equipment. Gratuities for staff are appreciated. Drop off catering is available for 10 to 99 guests.
